Add a touch of natural, ancient beauty to your jewelry collection with 5 pieces of Red Horn Coral, aka Rugosa Coral, extremely rare. These fossils are naturally preserved as ancient seas were replaced by mountains; retaining their natural exterior features of longitudinal ridges and tapering forms. From the Paleozoic Era, approximately 250-450 million years old.
One end of each piece has been polished, exposing the internal skeletal architecture while the other end shows its raw structure, also maintaining the external characteristics that add to their mystic splendor.
Each Coral piece has been wire-wrapped to rings, chain separating, onto an artist-created/dyed ribbon with a Jane Austin quote “A little sea bathing would set me up forever”.
A slide bead allows for varying lengths.
